Try removing the Bias software with Revo Uninstaller if it is still on your computer and the above doesn't work. That should allow you to install and activate the newer version. If so, and if you don't want it, unauthorize it. Go to the Sound Soap activation and look to see if one of the programs is authorized. The clean instrall procedures will remove only Roxio software it will have no affect on Bias.
